Beginning the week of March 20th, for approximately 2 to 3 weeks, the Town will be flushing sewer lines.  This is for the Town's Sewer Condition Assessment for the mainline pipe.  This involves both CCTV inspection (camera) and flushing of the lines. Sewer line flushing may result in some splashing from the toilet if the sewer system in your home or building is not adequately vented.  To avoid any inconvenience, we suggest that you place your toilet lid in the down position, with a garbage bag or piece of plastic placed beneath it.
